What I Wore Wednesday 7.27.11

It's that time of week again where I link up with The Pleated Poppy for What I Wore Wednesday.

I only have one outfit to show you this week, because lets be honest folks, it the only day I had something on other then sweats and a t-shirt.   This is the 2nd dress I have bought while in Alabama. Purchased it at Loft, which is my new favorite store!  There is an outlet in Destin, Florida so not too far from me!

There are several shots since my wonderful photographer (Thanks B!) didn't get a good picture of me with all the details included.

Dress from Loft, Bracelets from Matrices (I think)

Is it me or does this shot make me look pregnant? UGH! And no, I'm not pregnant
Hate this one of me, but had to show you the fun shoes I got at Loft.  They are black, if you cant tell, with a fun flower on them.

Not sure if you noticed, but I have a lovely farmers tan starting on my arms from running outside in the mornings. Maybe I should start running in tank tops! Speaking of running, working with my trainer is going well.  I am improving my run time and distance as well as learning to be more comfortable in the gym lifting weights. I have never been comfortable in the gym, probably from a lack of knowing what I was doing, so my trainer is really helping me in that area!  She also is pushing me more then I would ever push myself, which is something I need.   She is having me keep a food diary of what I eat because she feels my eating is having a huge impact on my weight loss and muscle gain. My problem is not eating too much, it is that I don't eat enough.  She is trying to change my eating so I eat more in a day and get TONS more protein.  She recommends 75 grams/day to match what I am doing with my workouts.  I hate eggs, cottage cheese, and do not care for meat so this makes it difficult to eat enough in a day.  I haven't been daring enough to put raw farm eggs in my smoothie!  If any of you have any suggestions I would love the advice!

That is all for today. For more WIWW check out The Pleated Poppy

Till next time,
