This is for Mindy!

Mindy tagged me, stating I need to post 10 random things about myself, so here goes:

I have a passion for cooking and baking and would some day like to go to culinary school (hopefully sooner then later...just need to live somewhere that has one!) Once this is completed I would like to open up my own bakery/coffee shop/scrapbook store!

I also would like to begin my Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship. I have picked Wichita State University as my 1st choice. They offer no online courses, so I am debating if a drive to Wichita 1 night a week is something I can handle!

I have two wedding dates, both with the same person. Brenden and I were married January 16, 2003, 1 month before he deployed to Iraq. Only a few people knew we got married. Once he returned, we had a big ceremony and reception on August 16th, 2003.

I have a great sense of direction. I know which direction is which almost everywhere I go.

This May (2008) I will have been graduated from high school for 10 years! Wow, I'm getting old!

Pet Peeves: 2 people riding in a truck, the 2nd person sitting in the middle seat; people that lie; people that complain about things but never do anything about it (this is one reason I do not think Social Work was the major for me)
because you got lemons!

I struggle having sympathy for people (as stated above). "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade", don't drag everyone else down

I'm 29 and do not have kids yet. Dont be shocked, I know I am going against the society "norm". Brenden and I are loving life without kids right now and cant imagine any different at this point in our lives!

I am working towards riding in the MS 150 next year! (Bike 150 miles for MS). After that I hope to complete the BAK (Bike across Kansas). Anyone want to join me?

I don't have any animals, but would love a yellow Lab. puppy!
