Wednesday Meanderings

Wednesday Meanderings is going to be a weekly post of links to blogs or websites that are worth passing onto you! 

Lattes and Life blog has a great post today about filling our schedules with things that end up overwhelming us by the time they are done.  I always struggle with getting our schedule too full, sometimes unintentionally, and then looking forward to my next "free weekend" instead of just enjoying the events that are already on our calender.  Do you have this struggle?  How do you deal with it?

Grocery stores are filled with horrible, unhealthy food that makes it difficult to navigate stores to find real, healthy food.  Check this link out for a road map to navigate the grocery store.  Check it out at Summer Tomato: Upgrade Your Healthstyle. Do you always shop the store the same way every week? I always go the same route, and most of the time it is ONLY the perimeter of the store. Avoiding the isles helps you to avoid the junk food!
