turning 31! I had no idea I would struggle with my birthday this year. But.I.Did. Turning 30 last year didn't really faze me, so I didn't give turning 31 a second thought till I woke up this morning.
Brenden and I celebrated my birthday Thursday, since he is working all weekend. So, for my b-day I went to Wichita to eat lunch with some great friends. Thanks Gina & Michelle, it was great getting to see you! I also loved the gifts! I am excited to use the coffee wall decor and reusable bags. You both know what I love! After a great lunch at Olive Garden I went shopping for a few things I needed.
I am now home trying to get over a headache, sipping on a glass of Sweet Lady Wine from Smoky Hill Vineyards & Winery and counting down the hours till this birthday is over! No matter how rough turning 31 has been, I have a lot to be thankful for--Brenden, wonderful family & friends, a job(no matter how frustrating it is sometimes), my health, a roof over my head, a car to get me from here to there, and MANY.MORE.THINGS.
Sorry it was a rough one! Hope the days ahead as a 31 year old are looking brighter!
