It's Monday and hoping I recover from this time change quick. I was SOOOO tired yesterday, but we were up really late on Saturday night so that might be part of my problem! It was worth staying up late though because we celebrated my birthday on Saturday and ended the day watching the new Oz movie. It was really good and now I want to see the Wizard of Oz.

Since I focused on planning dinners last week, I wanted to share a post that Keeper of the Home wrote about The Well-Planned Breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should not be overlooked. Your body needs a good meal in the morning, which does not include fruit loops or Captain Crunch!
