Here is what we are having for dinners this week:
Sunday: Chili. When the weather cools off we have chili on a weekly basis. I will be posting my recipe next week!
Monday: Ham & Beans. We ended up eating leftovers more evenings then I thought we would last week so I did not make this last week.
Tuesday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches. We just had this a few weeks ago, but I have the other half in the freezer so I thought we would have it this week. I am trying a new recipe this time.
Wednesday: Tacos. Again, we did not end up having this last week so we will have it this week.
Thursday: Biscuit & Gravy. Bacon.
Saturday: Black Beans & Rice. Again, did not make this last week.
I will be sharing recipes for this weeks menu throughout the week, so check back if you are interested in the recipes. I will also be sharing a homemade creamer recipe and iced coffee recipe later this week....yummy!
I am considering starting The Makers Diet by Jordan Rubin. I have heard several good reviews on the diet/book. Have you tried The Makers Diet? What do you think of the diet?
