Since B has night flight lines it means that we end up eating dinner early which means I can not put off thinking about dinner until 4:30 since we need to eat by 4! Last week was a disaster for our dinners, I have high hopes that this week will be a little better. This could be tough!
Monday: Leftovers (which means I need to go grocery shopping really bad, wish the commissary was open today!)
Tuesday: Crock-pot Meatballs, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Steamed Fresh Green Beans, Salad. The meatball recipe will be posted on Wednesday.
Wednesday: Chicken Fajitas + fixings
Thursday: Cheeseburger (sans bun), Baked Beans, Sweet Potato Fries, Raw Veggies. I'll be sharing my cheeseburger recipe next week. I do not buy the pre-made patties, I love adding yummy spices into my cheeseburgers.
Friday: Southwestern Egg Rolls (GF tortillas) with Cilantro Cream Sauce. I make my egg rolls a little different then this recipe, but this is the recipe I adapted it from. Again, I hope to have my revised recipe up next week.
Saturday: Leftovers or Dinner Out
Sunday: Biscuits & Gravy, Bacon, Eggs
Lunches this week will be an assortment of things since B does not get up until late morning. It will include breakfast burritos, smoothies, Paleo Pumpkin Pancakes, and possibly waffles.
